RESIDENTIAL REFURBISHMENT

The company has bought, designed the interiors and managed the fit out of apartments within and outside of London. A couple of examples are:

Highbury, North London: Forming part of Arsenal FC’s previous home, this was a challenge to create an apartment from space remaining from a larger non residential unit. Apart from the shape, the main limitation was the lack of windows and therefore the available light.

A bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment was created. Fully fitted, with hand built zebrano wardrobes, 2 sleek bathrooms, a well appointed contemporary kitchen and a large, light, square reception space, the apartment was sold on a long lease.

St Albans, Hertfordshire: An ex-local authority apartment, forming part of this small development in an attractive position in Hertfordshire’s historic city, which required complete remodelling.

The introduction of a second bathroom, helped create a fresh airy 3 bedroom apartment, with a large fitted kitchen/diner, which has been let.
