Lane Castle was instructed to manage the development (from planning through the construction process) of 2 new hotels on behalf of a specialist hotel operator. Both hotels, one for Intercontinental Hotels and one for Hilton, were new brands to the UK. These new additions took the number of rooms, which the operator managed, to around 1600 within a portfolio from Southampton to Newcastle and the West Country to East Anglia.
